1. Make the dough
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add cold butter and rub it in until crumbly.
- Slowly add cold water until a dough forms.
- Wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
2. Roll and cut
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Cut into rectangles (about 3×4 inches).
3. Fill and seal
- Place a spoon of jam in the center of half the rectangles.
- Cover with another rectangle.
- Press edges with a fork to seal (just like in your image!).
4. Bake
- Place on a baking tray.
- Bake at 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for 20โ25 minutes until golden.
5. Add glaze
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Once pastries are cool, spread glaze on top.

- Add sprinkles while the glaze is still wet.
