If you have extra sourdough starter at home, this recipe is a must-try! These pooris turn out super crispy, beautifully puffed, and have a light tangy flavor that makes them extra delicious 😍

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour or wheat flour
- 1/2 cup active sourdough starter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- Warm water as needed
- Oil for frying

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, and sourdough starter.
- Gradually add warm water and knead into a medium-soft dough.
- Add 1 tbsp oil and knead again until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 4–6 hours, or refrigerate overnight.
- Divide into small dough balls and roll them out evenly.
- Fry in hot oil until the pooris puff up and turn light golden.
- Serve hot with potato curry, chutney, or a cup of chai 😋
